12 Steps to DeClutter Your Life

 

Here at DeClutter Enterprise we help our clients bring a sense of clarity to their lives and at the same time utilize their space in efficient and functional ways. Take a quick look through a few of our steps that can help promote a higher quality of life:
  1. Prayer/Meditate - Find a quite place each day to be thankful


  2. Do You - What are some of the things you like to do?


  3. Make a list of things to do-follow through-handle one task at a time


  4. Where is your energy? Maximize your time (morning, afternoon or evening)
    Know your body and take care of it.


  5. Start eating right and exercise-What are you putting in your body? You will be amazed at how much energy you have when you take care of yourself.


  6. Organize that room/start that project-Devote 1-3 hours per session. Maybe hire a professional organizer to get you started.


  7. Lack Discipline-Break those habits-put things back where they belong, don’t we tell our children that, hum.


  8. Be positive-Stop complaining. Fix it. Be the solution. Be around positive people. Stay empowered.


  9. Stay Focus-Stay on task with getting things done. We all procrastinate to some extent, let’s work on it together.


  10. Be accountable/forgiving-take responsibility for your actions-stop blaming others for where you are. Let’s try to forgive.


  11. Identify those things that are making your life cluttered. Get rid of the junk in your life.


  12. Make it happen-Have Faith, you are not alone.
